POTENTIAL PHISHING SCAM DETECTED
On 09/02/2024, we were made aware of a potential phishing scam that appeared to be using our company’s name and physical address on an unaffiliated website and unauthorized print materials. From our review of the available information, none of our clients have been targeted nor has any of their information been compromised. With that being said, we still promptly notified State and Federal Regulators. The intent or goal of this potential phishing scam is still unclear but we felt it necessary to take further steps and warn the public at large in hopes of alerting everyone possible.
We are The Lending Alliance, Inc. That is the only name we operate under and we have no affiliation with any similar or like-named companies. As mentioned above, it came to our attention that a certain website, www.alliancelendingpartners.com, operating under the name Alliance Lending Partners Capital LLC, is listing our business address as their own as well as listing our business name and address on their print materials. That is not us! We have thus far been unable to verify the legitimacy of Alliance Lending Partners Capital LLC and so it is our assumption that it is most likely a fictitious and/or fraudulent company seemingly attempting to engage in a phishing scam. Fake Print Materials - NOT OURS!
Here is a copy of one of the print materials they distribute to unsuspecting individuals which falsely lists our business name and business address:

Colorado Phone Number - NOT OURS!
The website lists a Colorado based phone number. That is not our phone number! We called the number several times but the one time a representative answered, they refused to answer any questions when challenged on why they are using business name and business address. The phone number now appears to only go to voicemail.
We have only one office number (801) 449-0236. We do not have a call center. When you call us, you will speak directly with one of senior staff. Please refer to the “Our Team” page of our site.
Email Address on website - NOT OURS!
The website and print materials list a general email address info@alliancelendingpartners.com. That is not our email address! We have only one general email address and only one website and they are info@lendingalliance.net and www.lendingalliance.net.
Unfortunately, the ownership of the email address and website are both concealed by the Domain Provider as verified on the following link:
Their Business not Registered with any State
We searched state business registries and found only one like-named company in Colorado. When contacted, the President of that company stated they were unaware of this website, did not own it, and did not know of its existence prior to our call. They have agreed to notify and educate anyone else who may call them regarding this incident.

Beware of Scams and Report Them
If you or anyone you know has received phone calls, emails, or documents of any kind from this seemingly fictitious and, most likely, fraudulent company, please contact us at (801) 449-0236 or info@lendingalliance.net. We also encourage you to report the incident to both State and Federal Regulators such as the FTC. Help us stop this Scam!
