I contacted Derik Welch who was beyond helpful.  In the situation we were in, Derik felt the best loan for us would be a USDA loan.  Derik & also Dan kept us updated on all of the paperwork we needed and also any kind of information we needed to know. Multiple mortgage companies told us without a second thought "you'll need a co-signer." They didn't listen to our circumstances or even try to make it work. What other companies guaranteed wouldn't count as work history counted due to the effort of The Lending Alliance. They did what was best for us every step of the way. I was astounded at the customer service and general professionalism that I received from Daniel during my extremely limited, yet seemingly extensive time buying the “dream house” my wife and I found in the Avenues. I am wary of recommendations where I haven’t done a great deal of research, as I have seen both sides of that coin; however, from the very initiation of discussions of obtaining a mortgage with Daniel, I was immediately reassured of this individual’s competency and willingness to go the extra mile. He was calling me back on his time during his family’s time and responded to my concerns and questions as if he worked for me directly and was a lifelong friend.
